I am thrilled to meet each of you and your children as we start this exciting journey together. My name is Mrs.Ishii, and I am honored to serve as the principal here at McAuliffe. With over 27 years in education as a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator, my passion lies in fostering growth for both students and teachers. I’m dedicated to creating an equitable and high-quality learning experience grounded in purpose and care.

Outside of school, my husband and I enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time with our three daughters. My commitment is to work closely with you to support and guide your child’s educational journey.
